This position requires a background in Bookkeeping within the Legal Field.
This position is located in Hilo with the option to work remote or in person, if desired.
We are looking to hire immediately.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including billing clients and collecting payments Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions Prepare and distribute financial reports, including monthly financial statements, variance analysis reports, and other ad-hoc reports as needed Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with all accounting policies and procedures Assist in maintaing State Bar Trust Account Records Qualifications 5
years of experience in bookkeeping, preferably in a legal environment Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Clio client management system Ability to independently navigate through challenges, perform research, and proactively flag risks Please send your resume in PDF format.
