Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival - Schedule and confirm patient appointments - Collect and update patient information, including insurance details - Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries - Assist with patient registration and discharge processes - Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information - Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow - Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality
Qualifications:
