Summary:
King's Hawaiian has been a family-owned business since 1950 when Robert R.
Taira opened his bakeshop in Hilo, Hawaii.
70 years later, the King's Hawaiian brand is headquartered in Los Angeles, still family-owned, and always looking for new ways to deliver on our mission to deliver irresistible Hawaiian food and aloha spirit that families enjoy everywhere, every day.
What started as loaves of delicious, sweet Hawaiian bread has now successfully expanded into multiple product lines, retail products, two restaurant locations in California, and factories on both coasts.

Job
Summary:
A Back of House Trainer is responsible for training and guiding performance of all Back of House members of the Hello Hilo 'ohana.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for this position include but aren't limited to:
Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, and tools to deliver effective and engaging training programs Supports identification and development of future leaders among all BOH Employees Serves as subject matter expert for all BOH process and procedures Complete side work and work in cross-trained positions when needed Maintain excellent level of food, service, health, and safety standards to ensure safety for all team members and guests Skills/
Experience:
High School Diploma or GED Over one year of experience in restaurant operations and/or training Proficient in English with clear verbal and written communication skills A true Aloha Spirit:
Phenomenal guest service and hospitality skills Basic math and computing skills A curious, critical and collaborative thinker who is always eager to learn Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to provide feedback and coaching to team Proficient in all restaurant positions and able to support all of them as needed Self-motivated with the ability to see what is needed to be done with little direction Strong organizational skills High attention to detail Must thrive in a fast-paced team environment Must be flexible on schedule and process, able to pivot and change easily Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time during shift Ability to arrive on time ready to work for all assigned shifts including, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed King's Hawaiian is an equal opportunity employer.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
