We specialize in Section 8 and Pet-friendly homes.
Property Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations at assigned properties, marketing, filling vacancies, managing and maintaining rentals, and enforcing lease agreements.
Job Responsibilities - Maintain property by addressing tenant complaints and completing repair requests.
- Creating advertisements for rental vacancies.
- Enforces occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators.
- Conducting move-in, move-out, and periodic inspections.
- Handling rental inquiries via email, phone, and walk-in.
- Understands Hawaii Landlord Tenant Code and County Housing Rules.
- Collecting rent payments.
- Processing evictions.
Job Requirements - Strong communication skills (orally and written) - Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Able to multitask.
-Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Google Apps.
- Able to type a minimum of 35 wpm.
- Attentiveness to detail.
