Med Surg Registered Nurse
Job DescriptionWe are seeking Registered Nurses for available contracts!Med Surg (Variety of subspecialties:
Tele, Ortho, Neuro, Etc.
) Contracts available in many other locations country wide! TX, NM, VA, NC, CO, WI
MORE! Pay Range depends on job order & location - Ask me where I see great rates this time of year!You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients.
Responsibilities:
Administer nursing care to patients who are ill, injured, or disabled Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities Maintain accurate patient medical records Provide support to patients and their family members Adhere to scope of practice based on Title and Specialty
Qualifications:
State Licensure / Board of Nursing Guidelines - Must have at time of submission Previous experience required:
Must have 12 months recent exp.
