Provide clerical services on a variety projects.
Prepare weekly meeting agendas and minutes.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Produces letters, correspondence, proposals, reports and other business forms.
Files correspondence and other records.
Participates in departmental telecommunications.
Miscellaneous - Schedules, lists and run errands.
Assists in office overflow and contribute to basic office support and performs other related duties as required.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and/or 2 years related experience.
Skills and
Experience:
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 programs:
Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive/SharePoint and other relevant software.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision and to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities a must.
Must be able to obtain government security clearances.
Valid State of Hawaii driver's license.
This position is for immediate employment, with no allowances for relocation or housing subsidies.
Starting salary shall be commensurate with experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
