Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring adherence to health and safety guidelines.
Assist with cleaning duties, including wiping down tables, counters, and equipment.
Stock inventory and ensure all necessary supplies are available to meet customer demands.
Provide recommendations and suggestions to customers based on their preferences.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Process customer payments using a cash register or point-of-sale system.
Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, flavor options, and pricing.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines at all times.

Requirements:
Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and friendly demeanor.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
Must be available to work 20-30 hours per week.
