- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit card, and electronic payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations based on their needs.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism, escalating to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience.
- Perform opening and closing procedures Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize customer needs and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
