Warehouse Worker
Responsibilities:
Receive incoming merchandise
Stock freight and replenish stock locations
Fill customer orders
Unload trucks and containers, and break down pallets
Perform housekeeping functions as directed
Work safely and create a safe working environment for the Kitting
peration.
Ensure Quality Control measures are in place, producing finished goods
as outlined in the customer specification documents.
Perform time and motion studies and audits, to ensure productivity
benchmarks are met.
Ensure raw material, work in process, and finished goods inventories
are accurate in our operating systems.
Complete inventory control cycle counts as appropriate, for both raw
material and finished goods.
Driver responsiblities:
Conduct vehicle inspections
Ensure that all necessary documents are valid (registration, Haz Mat
transportation permit, insurance cards, commercial drivers license,
etc.)
Safely operate all company owned, leased, and rented
vehicles
.
Know
and adhere to all City, State, and Federal traffic laws and motor
carrier regulations.
Make all deliveries within the time parameters set by management,
making certain that all merchandise delivered is accurate and in good
condition.
Collect all C.O.D.'s as directed.
Conduct material handling equipment inspections.
Safely operate electric and gas (propane) forklifts, as well as
electric and manual pallet jacks.
Fill orders in accordance to all information and instructions as
provided on the pick ticket.
Check all filled orders to ensure order filling accuracy.
Stock freight and replenish stock locations.
Unload trucks and containers and breakdown pallets as necessary.
Perform housekeeping functions as directed.
Adhere to all Company safety policies.
Qualifications:
Knowledge: A thorough understanding oftruck, forklift, and reach truck
perations in a Distribution environment.
Skills: Meet all requirements for driver certification requirements.
Class B driver's license required. Must be hazmat certified.
Abilities: Must exhibit good judgment in the safe operation of
designated company vehicles and equipment. Must show great initiative
in completing all assignments in a timely manner.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: Prefer minimum 2 years experience using warehouse equipment
and delivery experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
