Performs a variety of warehousing duties, which require an understanding of the overall storage plan. Verifies material against receiving documents and reports discrepancies to the proper agency. May be required to remove material from storage and prepare it for shipment. Works under general supervision and guidance of the TISA lead
Essential job functions include the verification of materials, supplies, and equipment against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies, obvious damages, and deterioration; routing materials to prescribed storage locations; storing, stacking, and/or palletizing materials in accordance with all DOD and US Army storage regulations. Responsible for conducting inventories of all stored materials, removing subsistence & material from storage, and issuing to Customers. Receiving property and equipment from customers at the central receiving point. Process documents with the Schofield turn in section. Processing turn in documents from customers while accounting for property or equipment turned in by customers. Familiarization with basic word processing to finalize various types of documents and daily transactions is essential.
Job will require the operation of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) in performing various warehousing functions. Knowledge of the Army supply system preferred. Must have some warehouse experience. Physical requirements include (but are not limited to) the ability to lift 80+ lbs., pushing, pulling, carrying, stooping, bending, squatting, and reaching. May be required to handle hazardous material/hazardous waste.
Additional duties will require performing housekeeping of the work areas. May be assigned to support contract support requirements in a job-related area such as environmental, safety, and security. May be cross-utilized in other job areas.
Must be able to obtain a government secret clearance, individual understands government clearance is a requirement to remain employed, if individual is unable to obtain a clearance individual will be terminated from employment.
Required Skills:
o Must be a high school graduate and have excellent communications skills working with customers.
o Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable secret clearance and possess a current Hawaii State driver's license.
o Must be proficient with computer software programs such as microsoft word, excel, powerpoint, and outlook programs.
Working conditions may be harsh at times. Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions at times. Must be able to work overtime. Must be able to work weekends and Holidays. Individual must be able to obtain a government secret security clearance which requires an extensive background check with both civilian and federal organizations.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
