Our Selling Specialists are product experts who demonstrate product usage, promote product sales, while educating customers/sales associates on the features, advantages, and benefits of the product.
Effectively sell the client's product by educating consumers on features and benefits while providing excellent customer service.
Greet and engage every customer, creating enthusiasm and awareness for the brand.
Secure and maintain the best real estate during selling presentations.
Educate sales associates on product features and benefits.
Ensure displays are organized, stocked, and properly set to client's specifications.
Follow store policies, including vendor sign-in. and dress code adherence.
Develop relationships with store management and sales staff.
Complete all projects per the client specifications.
Communicate relevant client information that will help increase sales.
Provide market intelligence on competitors' new product placement, visual/fixture presentation, marketing strategies, and customers' needs.
Must be an experienced salesperson with excellent communications skills; familiarity in housewares and/or coffee sales is favored (but not required).
Must have strong ability and desire to close sales on a high-end espresso product while meeting/exceeding weekly sales goals.
Required to attend all training sessions.
Must display professionalism; be energetic, motivated and outgoing.
Required to work the hours and days specified by the client, including evenings and weekends.
Required to report on the same day an assignment is completed through our web reporting system.
Required to take and upload photos into surveys.
Must have access to a personal computer with email and internet access as well as digital photo capabilities; smartphone or notebook/tablet is a plus.
Must have reliable transportation.
Selling Specialists are hired as part-time employees and are paid on a bi-monthly basis.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
